Mission:

  • In adherence to the GHAMASWA constitution, our mission is to uphold a commitment to transparency and service excellence. We are dedicated to the welfare of our members, and our executive officers serve without any financial gain from their positions.

Goals:

  • Recognizing Contributions: We aim to acknowledge and appreciate the contributions of our executive officers by providing quarterly stipends.
  • Honoring Service: Our goal is to honor the dedicated service of our officers and representatives through the presentation of portraits, certificates, and, where applicable, monetary benefits.

Objectives:

  • Fair and Gratifying Recognition: To achieve fair and gratifying recognition, a committee will meticulously consider the selection of rewards for our dedicated officers and representatives
  • Trust and Accountability: We strive to foster an atmosphere of trust and accountability within our organization, ensuring that the selection of rewards and the overall process align with our principles.
