the importance of a welfare association in any organization in order to articulate the concerns of its members and advance their welfare.
Desiring
to promote moral, social and economic wellbeing of members, protect and uphold individual and collective rights, as well as foster harmonious and progressive labour management relations.
Believing
that such an association will serve our common interest, we the employees of Ghana Maritime Authority do hereby promulgate and adopt this constitution as a guide to achieve the aims and objectives of the Association.
